Many babyboomers are looking to get out of the single family homes they raised families in and move into HOA&#039;s or Condo Associations that provide the luxury of maintenance services.  Its much easier to pay into an assessment for a new roof or boiler, rather than project managing it too, as would be with single home ownership.</description>
