Many babyboomers are looking to get out of the single family homes they raised families in and move into HOA's or Condo Associations that provide the luxury of maintenance services. Its much easier to pay into an assessment for a new roof or boiler, rather than project managing it too, as would be with single home ownership. Totally agree.
