Ratified or Terrified?

My first time home buyers became terrified when their offer ratified! They had submitted few offers on other properties and were overbid every time. Is it the market we’re in today? Is it not expected for the first offer to get accepted?

    I LOVE your title (and the picture too)! This has been my experience as well and totally understandable, as buying a home is such a big decision. It doesn’t help that there is so much scary news about the economy. Hopefully, in most cases, the excitement of owning a home can help offset the fear. I’m sure it helps your clients to have such a reassuring and capable agent like you on their side.
