This has been my experience as well and totally understandable, as buying a home is such a big decision. It doesn't help that there is so much scary news about the economy. Hopefully, in most cases, the excitement of owning a home can help offset the fear. I'm sure it helps your clients to have such a reassuring and capable agent like you on their side.
