Great Post Nicole,
I have actually helped two family members buy homes in the past six months. One was a first time home buyer and the other was a more experienced buyer. Both transactions went well, it may have to do with our relationship. I am very close to both of the people I helped so although there were a few small issues that came up for the most part both transactions went very well. However, there are some family members that I know would not work out so well, because of the relationship and personalities, but I'm always will try do my best to help anyone out. So, in all cases, I do my best but if things get too complicated and aren't going well than you need to sit down and talk about it. I believe that constant communication is key in every transactions and relationship. Just my quick thoughts. Keep up the great work.
