I do not know facts but a home owner must realize that if a home sells two weeks faster with staging, that is making them money. I believe in Daly City, South San Francisco, and San Bruno where many of the homes for sale are short sales or REO;s a staged home will stand out and therefore yield a quicker sale, higher sale or in this market a sale period.
