I'm also a Realtor in the Bay Area and if it were not for the media, I might not know we were in a "recession". Prices are great, interest rates have been falling, and people are buying. My clients and I find many homes on the market with multiple offer, over asking. I do understand that many have been hit hard by what has been going on with the economy but as Lee said, "Bad news sells". We just have to keep our heads up and keep working hard, thing are looking up and will continue to get better. Karin,
