Excellent proposal that makes a lot of sense.

With all the hands in the pot in our government system and the special interests involved such a simple solution could not work for the powers that be.

But recent history shows that just because things were done one way, a new fresh voice that wants to change things can be heard.

That being said, if you run for office, I&#039;ll vote for you!!
