I haven&#039;t encountered this runaway buyer yet, but have found it not too uncommon to have this type of thing happen at open houses or the mall kiosks.  I guess people are afraid that we are typical sales people who will try to get their personal info and then hound them.  We all have to work hard to help people see that we&#039;re offering a service and not simply going after a sale.  Perhaps next time, you should offer to get her husband for her and just run out to the car first...:*)</description>
