Although most of my experiences have been positive working with others there are those few times where things became difficult because differences of opinions or personalities.  It is extremely important that everyone is on the same page.  Having the same goal goes a long way to helping everyone work together and in the end the &quot;team&quot; should be able to accomplish the goal together.</description>
