It is great to see the conservatory being redone; it had fallen into very poor condition. When I was in High School I worked for a company and we would harvest palms at the conservatory (it was under private ownership then) for churches to use on Palm Sunday. The neighborhood has remained a solid neighborhood with easy access to tansportation, shopping and other parts of the City. Larry Francis,
