<description>Lee, Yes, it sure is a great time for a first time buyer. But, that&#039;s all assuming they can find the house they want. The inventory seems to be low right now. I&#039;m speaking for The East Bay and Bernal Heights. Buyers are out there and many of them do qualify for the credit that is available out there, but supply and demand will always dictate. When a really good property comes on the market, the good buyers need to jump on it and jump they do, with multiple offers...some over asking. I&#039;d say if your a seller with a very desirable property, you might say it&#039;s a sellers market.</description>

		<description>Great Post Lee,
You put many things into perspective. Although there is still much competition out there it is still a great time for people to buy. Supply and demand is what it comes down to.

Thanks again for your breakdown of the market.

		<description>Hi Lee,
Great perspective on today&#039;s marketplace. It is definitely important to give the buyers (and sellers) what is going to happen to them when they go to buy (or sell) a house. Well Done!

		<description>Lee,

Thanks for putting into black and white what we in the local industry know and feel.

Your snapshot of the marketplace was right on in my opinion and the stats you provided supported your overview.

Thank you very much for all the hard work!
