		<description>I half agree with you.  I believe that if someone is ready to buy a house, they are going to buy it whether or not they get the credit.  That being said, the credit is just that little extra incentive for people to make the jump now, rather than waiting.  I am ever so happy that they have extended the credit and very glad that they have increased the income limits.

I think it was wise to extend the tax credits the way they were and the credit for current homeowers will be an interesting one to watch too.

The tax credit along with current attractive home prices and very low interest rates create an almost irresitible situation for home buyers.
