		<description>Dean, I totally agree with you as to the need not to be too dependent on the federal tax credit for home buyers.  With or without the additional $8000 for first time buyers (or $6500 for move-up buyers), it still makes sense for many people to buy right now while both home prices and interest rates are optimal.  It&#039;ll be interesting to see if the increased buyer activity we&#039;re experiencing will continue on past the April 30th deadline.  I certainly hope so!
