Lee Ginsburg and I worked a booth at the San Bruno Farmer’s Market last Sunday and had such a blast! We are always trying to think of ways to promote our buyers and sellers  and when we heard that the San Bruno Chamber of Commerce was offering booths to promote businesses, we thought it was a great idea for us! Since our office, Prudential California Realty, is in San Bruno, I live in San Bruno, I do a good portion of my business in San Bruno, not to mention my kids go to school and play sports here, I knew a good amount of people that walked by! From the Skycrest Village, new homes in San Bruno, to the bank owned fixer uppers, San Bruno homes for sale are feeling the shift of a real estate “shake up”! Inventory over the past few weeks has dwindled down to a mere 40 homes for sale and 15 condos. That’s not too many when you consider that San Bruno consists of 14,677 households.

I wrote something like this before but it’s been awhile! I am partial to San Bruno because I live here and my office is here as well, Prudential California Realty, San Bruno. My kids go to school within walking distance from our house, my office is only 8 blocks away, the corner store is 4 blocks away, and if we need to go San Francisco, it’s only 10 minutes away! 1.  You don’t feel like taking advantage of GREAT opportunities while prices have stabilized.

2.  You enjoy renting over owning your own home.

3.  You believe in buying HIGH and selling LOW rather than what experts suggest which is buy low and sell high. Duh!

4.  Your  accountant told you that you have enough tax write offs.

If you haven’t been to San Bruno’s August concerts in San Bruno Park, then you don’t know what you’re missing! This is a great opportunity to meet San Bruno people, see friend’s from school or the neighborhood, and relax.

 


Children are invited. Families and friends bring dinner or snacks. We lay out big blankets to sit on and enjoy the night away. The weather is always pleasant until the sun goes down so it’s best to bring along some sweatshirts!

There will be additional flea markets scheduled for Aug. 17 at Commodore Park and Sept. 7 back at San Bruno Park. The events are sposored by Rolling Pin Donuts and San Bruno Garbage and presented to you by the San Bruno Parks and Rec Services Dept.
